These terms govern the relationship between Planet Fiber Limited and its clients, ensuring transparency, professionalism, and reliability in every OEM/ODM transaction.

Planet Fiber operates a centralized supply chain in Asia, ensuring coordinated global sourcing, standardized quality control, optimized logistics, and scalable, cost-effective delivery.
Its Eurasian engineering and R&D centers drive solution architecture, technical validation, and ecosystem integration, supporting long-term platform development with strong system thinking.
All trademarks and brand registrations are managed by Planet Fiber Global Limited (Armenia).
All prices listed on our website are subject to change based on market conditions, supplier adjustments, and currency fluctuations. To provide the best value for our partners, we operate under a tiered pricing system, meaning that the more you order, the bigger your discounts. Payments must be made in full before shipment unless alternative terms are agreed upon. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other secure payment methods.
We maintain stock in multiple locations to ensure fast delivery. Products marked as “In Stock” are available for immediate shipment, while pre-order items require a lead time based on vendor production schedules. We offer flexible shipping options, and delivery times depend on the logistics provider, destination, and customs clearance processes. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and location of the order.
We stand behind the quality of our products. Each product comes with a warranty based on the manufacturer’s policies. Customers must report any defects within 7 days of receiving their order. Returns and exchanges are subject to approval, and return shipping fees may apply. Customized OEM products are non-refundable. Our after-sales support team is always available to provide technical assistance and product consultations.

We also organize training sessions for partners and clients to ensure they get the most out of our products. All content, including logos, product descriptions, images, and technical specifications, belongs to Planet Fiber or our respective vendors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to update product listings, descriptions, and website functionality at any time.
Planet Fiber is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Additionally, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, strikes, or regulatory changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the countries in which we operate. In the case of disputes, we prioritize negotiation and mediation. If an agreement cannot be reached, legal proceedings will be conducted in the relevant jurisdiction.

Beyond standard OEM/ODM supply, we offer two cooperation models: A unique opportunity to establish a local Planet Fiber branch in a new country under our R&D, operational, and digital ecosystem.
Franchise partners operate within our brand framework, sales automation systems, and training infrastructure, while adapting to local market specifics.
