1. Introduction
Welcome to PlanetFiber Global.
By accessing our website (global.planetfiber.com), submitting a quotation request, or entering into a commercial agreement with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms govern the relationship between PlanetFiber Global Limited (Hong Kong) and its clients, ensuring transparency, professionalism, and reliability in every OEM/ODM transaction.
2. About PlanetFiber Global
PlanetFiber Global is a technology-driven company providing OEM and ODM telecommunications, networking, IoT, security, tools, and electrical solutions under our own registered brands, including OptoWire and YixingTelecom.
We operate as a B2B supplier and R&D-based solution provider, integrating engineering development from our Armenian headquarters with OEM production and certification handled by our China operations.
All trademarks and brand registrations are managed by PlanetFiber Global Limited (Hong Kong).
3. Quotations & Commercial Offers
- No prices are displayed publicly on our website. All inquiries are handled via the Request-for-Quotation (RFQ) process.
- Each quotation is prepared individually by our sales and engineering team based on client requirements, specifications, and destination.
- Prices are provided as FOB (Free on Board) — excluding VAT, customs duties, transportation, and insurance.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated in the official offer and are subject to confirmation prior to order placement.
- Payment must be made in full before production or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Orders & Production
- Orders become binding only after written confirmation from PlanetFiber Global and payment receipt.
- All OEM and ODM products are manufactured to order, with lead times depending on complexity, certification, and volume.
- Delivery terms are FOB China (mainland) unless otherwise specified.
- PlanetFiber Global is not responsible for import clearance, duties, or local taxes at the destination country.
5. Product Quality, Warranty & After-Sales
- All PlanetFiber OEM/ODM products are designed and tested under international standards (IEC, ISO, RoHS, CE, etc.) and undergo multi-stage quality control before shipment.
- Each product includes a warranty according to its brand policy.
- Any claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- Customized OEM/ODM items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in confirmed cases of manufacturing defect.
- Our technical and sales teams are available for post-sale assistance, consultation, and documentation support.
6. Intellectual Property
- All designs, datasheets, product documentation, and trademarks are the exclusive property of PlanetFiber Global Limited (Hong Kong) and its registered OEM brands.
- Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any materials is prohibited.
- For ODM or white-label projects, clients are granted limited rights to use approved materials as defined in individual cooperation agreements.
7. Liability & Force Majeure
- PlanetFiber Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or delivery delays.
- We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, strikes, or government restrictions.
- Liability is limited to the total product value under the affected order.
8. Partnership & Franchising Opportunities
PlanetFiber Global actively develops long-term cooperation with distributors, integrators, and telecom partners worldwide.
Beyond standard OEM/ODM supply, we offer two cooperation models:
1. Distribution / OEM Partnership:
For companies seeking to integrate PlanetFiber OEM brands (OptoWire, YixingTelecom) into their project or wholesale networks.
2. PlanetFiber Franchise Program:
A unique opportunity to establish a local PlanetFiber branch in a new country under our R&D, operational, and digital ecosystem.
Franchise partners operate within our brand framework, sales automation systems, and training infrastructure, while adapting to local market specifics.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
- Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation and mediation.
- If unresolved, the case will be referred to arbitration or the competent courts in Hong Kong.
10. Updates & Revisions
PlanetFiber Global reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
